Our view of the service
Date of Assessment: 9th June – 5th July 2026. We carried out this inspection due to the service not yet receiving a rating since registering with CQC.
Carerecruit Solutions Limited is a domiciliary care agency which provides personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of this inspection the service was supporting 3 people with personal care.
People’s care plans and risk assessments described how care should be delivered to meet their needs. The registered manager was open and honest and responded well to feedback given during this inspection.
People were treated with kindness and compassion. Staff protected their privacy and dignity; they treated them as individuals and supported their preferences. People had choice regarding their care and staff were valued and supported.
People's experience of this service
People told us they were happy with the care provided to them and they would recommend the service. They described staff as kind and knowledgeable.
Feedback from people using the service was positive and there were no concerns with care and support they were receiving.
People told us they could contact the manager directly at any time with any queries or questions about their care and any issues would be rectified as quickly as possible.
