Issues of concern around arrangements for children with changing health needs were being followed and staff were aware of processes and when to escalate concerns or ask for support from the clinical managers overnight.

Handovers and team meetings were happening regularly with clear communication evident. Staff received governance messages from the organisation.

There were improved and strengthened risk management processes. Leaders encouraged staff to report all incidents openly and transparently.
