During an assessment under our new approach
Procare Team Ltd is a domiciliary care agency. It provides personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our assessment, 15 people were receiving support with personal care.
Date of assessment: 12 June 2025 and 19 June 2025.This was the first assessment of this service since it registered on 30 January 2023.
Risks associated to a person’s health and wellbeing were identified and risk management plans were developed. Medicines were administered as prescribed and in a safe manner. The provider had a recruitment process which enabled them to assess new applicants’ suitability for the role. Care workers completed an induction, training and were supported through regular team meetings and supervision reviews. An assessment of a person’s care needs was carried out before the care package started. Care workers felt supported by the registered manager. The provider had a quality assurance process including audits to monitor the care provided and identify where improvements could be made.
