During an assessment under our new approach

Oasis Healthcare Solutions is a domiciliary care agency that provides personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of the inspection, 5 people were receiving support with personal care. Not everyone who used the provider received personal care. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspect where people receive personal care, this includes support with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. This was the first inspection for the provider since their registration; therefore, we included all the quality statements under the 5 key questions within this inspection. This inspection took place on 09 April and 10 April 2026; when we visited the provider’s office. We assessed the provider against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.

Systems and processes were in place, which meant people were protected from avoidable harm. Staff were confident that people using their service were safe. People had person-centred care plans and risk assessments that reflected their individual needs. Staff had the necessary skills and experience to provide care, and effective recruitment processes were in place. Staff were kind and caring, taking into consideration people’s individual needs.

Staff spoke positively about their work and felt supported by the registered manager and their colleagues. A staff member told us, “I feel that I am part of the team, as we work closely together to provide high-quality care and support. There is mutual respect and understanding among staff, supported by open communication and regular feedback.’’

Governance systems were in place to ensure oversight. The registered manager told us they were committed to providing the best possible care and their staff team was compassionate and empathetic to make it happen.
