Our view of the service
Date of Assessment 7 to 27 May 2025. Easy Healthcare (Yorkshire) Limited is a care at home agency that provides personal care to people living in their own homes. CQC only inspects where people are receiving the regulated activity personal care. At the time of this inspection, 34 people were receiving support with personal care.The registered manager assessed the needs of people before they started using the service. The provider had systems to assess, monitor and mitigate risks.People were safeguarded from abuse and improper treatment. People received the support they needed to stay healthy and well. People’s care was planned with them, including what was important and mattered to them. Staff had good knowledge of people and how they wanted to receive their care and support. The provider made sure there were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff, who received effective support, supervision and development.There was good staff retention. The provider promoted a learning culture and focused on continuous learning and improvement for everyone with good governance systems in place. We received no concerns from any health or social care professionals in relation to Easy Healthcare (Yorkshire) Limited.
People's experience of this service
People and their relatives had positive experiences since they started with Easy Healthcare (Yorkshire) Limited. Relatives and people felt safe being cared for by Easy Healthcare (Yorkshire) Limited. People and relatives confirmed they had been involved in identifying their support needs for their care plans.People were treated with kindness, empathy and compassion and their privacy and dignity were respected.Relatives and people felt staff were suitably trained to meet their needs. No people or relatives raised concerns in relation to medicines. Everyone was able to give feedback about the care they received. Relatives and people reported that staff always went above and beyond during their visits.
