During a routine inspection
People told us that they were "Okay" and that the food they received at the care home was "Alright." We saw that people were very relaxed and happy with their carer who was providing one-to-one support. The person's relative told us they were very satisfied with the service being provided by the agency and that they knew how to raise concerns or complaints and were certain that they would be listened to.
