Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Gowlands.

The Provider must ensure that Bed 10 at Gowlands, Sutton Bridge Farm, Sutton Road, Rochford, Essex, SS4 1XS is used solely for emergency short break admissions not exceeding 14 days, in accordance with its Statement of Purpose. The Provider must keep an accurate record of all such admissions, including the name of each person admitted, the dates and times each admission started and ended, the total duration of each stay, and the reason the emergency bed was required. The Provider must be able to supply this record to the Care Quality Commission within 24 hours of a request and must notify the Care Quality Commission within 24 hours where any emergency short break stay exceeds 14 days.

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 10 service users at Gowlands.
