Our view of the service
This assessment took place between 6 April 2025 and 1 May 2025. Restore7 Ltd is a domiciliary care agency. It provides personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our assessment, 3 people were receiving support with personal care. This is the first assessment for this service.
People received person centred care from staff who knew them well. Staff were up to date with training including medicines. Procedures were in place to ensure staff were recruited safely. People were offered choice and supported to be independent.
However, we found the quality assurance systems in place needed improvements, some audits lacked details and there was no action plan in place. During the assessment, the provider evidenced improvement in audits and implemented an overall service action plan.
People's experience of this service
Relatives of people using the service reported they were happy with the care and support delivered. They liked the staff and registered manager and felt their loved one’s needs were being met. People and their relatives were encouraged to speak up and could contact the registered manager if they had concerns. People were supported to take part in different activities and be independent. People and their relatives were involved in the care planning process.
