Quadrant Court, also known as Mayfair Community Care, is a supported living service registered to deliver personal care to adults under 65, including people with mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and substance misuse needs. At the time of our inspection the service was supporting 1person.
People were supported to feel safe, respected, and actively involved in their care. Staff demonstrated a strong understanding of individual needs and worked collaboratively with people to manage risks, promote independence, and support wellbeing. Care was person centred and reflected people’s choices, preferences, and daily routines.
There were effective systems in place to manage safety and quality. Risks were identified, monitored, and reviewed regularly, with prompt action taken where concerns were identified. Safeguarding arrangements were robust, and staff demonstrated a clear understanding of their responsibilities. Staff felt confident to raise concerns, and leaders responded constructively, using learning to improve practice.
Care and support were planned and delivered in line with current legislation and guidance. Staff completed appropriate training and worked closely with external professionals to ensure care was coordinated and responsive to changes in need. People were supported to access healthcare services and maintain both their physical and mental wellbeing.
The service was well led. Leaders promoted a positive, inclusive culture and maintained effective oversight of care delivery. Governance systems supported continuous improvement, and strong partnerships with external professionals contributed to positive outcomes and consistency of care.
