Our overall rating of safe at location level has stayed the same. We rated it as good. Staff listened to concerns about safety and investigated and reported safety events. Patients were protected and kept safe. Staff understood and managed risks. They made sure equipment, and facilities supported the delivery of safe care. There were enough staff with the right skills, qualifications, and experience. Managers made sure staff received training and regular appraisals to maintain high-quality care. Staff managed medicines well and involved patients in planning any changes.
