Our overall rating of effective at location level has improved from requires improvement to good. Medical care was rated as good. Staff followed up-to-date policies to plan and deliver high quality care according to best practice and national guidance. Staff completed comprehensive health assessments in a timely manner. Managers monitored the effectiveness of the service and made sure staff were competent. Staff worked well together for the benefit of patients, advised them on how to lead healthier lives, supported them to make decisions about their care, and had access to good information.
