Our overall rating of effective at The Bere Clinic remains good.

Staff assessed the physical and mental health of all young people on admission. They developed individual care plans, reviewed them regularly and updated them as needed. Care was based on national guidance and best practice. The team included all the specialists needed. Staff from different disciplines worked well together. Staff understood the Mental Health Act and their responsibilities under it. People’s outcomes were consistently good.
