Staff treated young people with compassion and kindness. They respected privacy and dignity. They understood each patient’s individual needs. Staff involved young people in care planning and risk assessment and sought their feedback. They kept families and carers informed and involved. People were treated with dignity and respect and involved as partners in their care.
