Staff and leaders actively listened to information about people who are most likely to experience inequality in experience or outcomes and tailored their care, support and treatment in response to this. Care plans highlighted people’s diverse needs, including their religions and cultures. Staff received equality, diversity and inclusion training. Comments from people included, “There's no discrimination, [Name] is treated well definitley", “[Name] gets a social visit from a [Religious’] group” and “They’ve helped with the falls clinic assessment and contacted the speech and language therapist who came and assessed”.
