Our view of the service

Date of assessment 26 November 2025.

Right Recruitment Ltd provides personal care to people in their own homes. This was the first inspection since being registered on 30 November 2021.

There was 1 person using the service when we carried out the assessment. During the assessment we contacted people or their relatives, and care staff to gather their feedback regarding how people’s personal care needs were being met.

We looked at 33 quality statements and found that the care, and support people received was safe, and supplied by well-trained, competent, and professional staff. The provider recruited staff appropriately, and people were supported to take acceptable risks in a proactive and encouraging way that enhanced their quality of life. This meant people’s social isolation was reduced.

People received support from staff who worked well as a team, and provided joined up, integrated care. This included involving external healthcare professionals when required. The provider enhanced people’s independence by adopting a holistic approach to care which gave them a better choice regarding how it was delivered. This included the service they received, and control over when they received it.

The provider recorded people’s consent to care, and treatment in their care plans, and people were encouraged, and supported to maintain healthy diets.

The provider monitored the support provided to enhance and drive improved experiences, and outcomes for people. The service was well led, had good governance, and effective monitoring systems.
