Our view of the service

The Pemberdeen Laser Cosmetic Surgery Clinic Limited is operated by The Pemberdeen Laser Cosmetic Surgery Clinic Limited. The clinic opened in 1985 and was registered to provide the regulated activity under a different location name. The hospital primarily serves the communities of the London and north Kent areas but also accepts patient referrals from the wider community. The hospital provides a range of cosmetic surgery, including breast augmentation, liposuction and abdominoplasty. Over 95% of procedures were for breast augmentation. The service does not provide services to NHS-funded patients or patients under the age of 18. At the time of this inspection, there was no registered manager, but an application had been submitted to the CQC for the person who had been recruited into this position. The position of nominated individual was not appointed to when we inspected.
