Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require personal or nursing care at Orla House.

The Registered Provider must not admit any new service users to Orla House without the prior written agreement of the Care Quality Commission.

The Registered Provider must provide to the Care Quality Commission in December and June each year a submission which outlines a) the number of service users residing at the location, b) a description of the care needs of each service user and, c) an overview of any changes made to the layout of or use of areas at the location with an explanation for any changes made.

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 16 service users at Orla House.
