During an assessment under our new approach
We carried out this announced on-site inspection on 1 December 2025.
We found the practice had met all regulations.
Improvements were required to the practice’s systems to identify and manage risks, including legionella and medical emergencies.
There was scope for improvement in the oversight of systems in place to demonstrate that staff had the skills and knowledge to carry out their roles.
Recruitment procedures generally reflected current legislation although there was scope for improvement.
Staff spoken with said that there was supportive and effective leadership.
Staff provided care and treatment in line with current guidance. They treated patients with dignity and respect and ensured access to care, support, and treatment when required.
The practice is in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children.
There was step-free access to the practice and car parking spaces available, including dedicated parking for disabled people, near the practice.
The practice had 3 treatment rooms. At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 14 staff, of which there were 2 dentists, 5 dental nurses, 2 dental hygienists, 2 dental therapists, 2 receptionists and the practice manager. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during our inspection, including 2 dentists, 1 dental nurse, 1 receptionist and the practice manager.
