This was the first assessment of this service and our overall rating for this location is good.

Staff shared direction and there was a positive inclusive culture. The registered manager was recently appointed staff told us they were compassionate and listened. Staff knew how to speak up and were actively involved in decision making. The workforce was equitable and improvement and change embraced.

However, improvements were needed in relation to governance as we found gaps in equipment maintenance and fire safety assessments. Also, stock was not adequately maintained.
