This was the first assessment of this service and our overall rating for this location is good.

Overall services were safe, staff were well trained, learning from incidents or complaints was evident and encouraged. Systems and pathways supported safe care and treatment, staff were received the right training and sonographers had the correct qualifications, and staff understood how to protect women from abuse.

However, we found some issues with out-of-date stock and lack of equipment testing and fire risk assessments which we fed back to the provider who acted immediately to rectify the gaps in process.
