The previous inspection of the service was under an old methodology and was not rated. Following this inspection the location has not been rated for effective in line with the methodology for rating outpatient services. The service provided care and treatment based on national guidance and evidence-based practice. Staff worked well together for the benefit of people and their loved ones. Staff supported people to make decisions about their care.
