The Fertility & Gynaecology Academy

The previous inspection of the service was under an old methodology and was not rated. This is the first time the service has been rated. Our overall rating of caring is good. Staff were kind, compassionate and ensured patients were able to maintain dignity. Staff used a person-centred, needs-based approach to ensure people had the best experience. Staff took account of people’s individual and diverse needs when providing treatment.
