Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

• How risks to service users have been assessed and are up to date for all people using the service; all records must reflect service user’s current needs and care plans must remain updated.

• Where service users need support with medicines, care records are to reflect the support people need and a record of prescribed medicines. Medicines records are to be completed and reviewed; all records must be accurate and complete.

• Where people no longer have capacity to make decisions, a written capacity assessment must be completed, and decisions demonstrate these are in service user’s best interests. Where restrictions are identified, necessary authorisations are to be applied for, to ensure these restrictions are lawful. To include within the report where restrictions have been identified and the actions you have taken.

• Systems are to be in place to ensure service users receive the support visits as planned, to promptly identify where calls have been missed and action taken.
