Well-led
We inspected this key question in February 2026. we looked for evidence that service leadership, management and governance assured high-quality, person-centred care; supported learning and innovation; and promoted an open, fair culture.
At the previous inspection in May 2025, we rated this key question as requires improvement. The service was in breach of regulation as we identified that the provider’s governance processes were not always effective. The provider did not have robust systems and processes in place to safely support Jubilee patients to seclusion. At our inspection in February 2026, we found that the provider addressed these concerns. We rated the service as good. This meant the service management and leadership was consistent. Leaders and the culture they created supported the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
