Our view of the service
We inspected the key questions of Safe and Well-Led in February 2026. At our previous assessment in May 2025, we rated this key question requires improvement. The service was in breach of legal regulation in relation to Regulation 12 Safe care and treatment. The service has made improvements and is no longer in breach of regulation. The provider now has systems and processes in place to ensure staff can safely support patients to seclusion. The ward environments on Jubilee and Clent wards are now clean and well maintained. At this assessment the rating has changed to good.
