Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must not provide CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) inpatient services at West Lane Hospital (specifically Westwood, Newberry and Evergreen Centres).

The Registered Provider must provide the Care Quality Commission with an action plan for the safe, controlled and timely move of all service users who receive the regulated activities under the CAMHS at West Lane Hospital specifically Westwood and Evergreen Centres to an alternative service provider(s) working in collaboration with NHS England (NHSE) by 4pm on Wednesday 28 August 2019. This must include:

• A detailed, proposed plan including, where possible, the estimated move date for each service user.

• Confirmation that handover arrangements are in place in anticipation of all planned moves.

• Confirmation of the arrangements that have been put in place to ensure that all remaining service users are provided with safe care and treatment at all times by staff who have the relevant qualifications, competence, skills and experience.

Thereafter, the Registered Provider must provide the Care Quality Commission with written updates by 4pm on each Monday and Thursday confirming a
