Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The provider must give the Commission notice within 5 working days of any successful application to the Medicines Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and must seek the Commission's written agreement to use its software to analyse x-rays of parts of the body other than the chest.
The provider must implement an effective system including undertaking regular audits to ensure that it complies with the policies, procedures and systems of all service providers that use the Behold.Ai software.
Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The registered provider must ensure that the regulated activity of diagnostic and screening procedures is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of that activity at or from all locations.
The provider must ensure that every x-ray or non-contrast CT Head examination which is classified as High Confidence Normal by its software is clinically evaluated and analysed within 24 hours if the exam is a X-ray, and within one hour if the exam is a non-contrast CT Head, by a radiologist who is registered with the General Medical Council, and has undertaken the prescribed training to do so.
