The following conditions are imposed by consent order:
1. The registered provider must ensure that there is a Nominated Individual in place who is responsible for supervising the management of the Regulated Activity. The Nominated Individual cannot be Mr Baljinder Singh Rana.
2. If either the current Registered Manager and/or Nominated Individual leaves the service, the registered provider must inform Care Quality Commission of their departure at the earliest opportunity but no later than the first week after their departure.
3. The registered provider must provide the Care Quality Commission with a written report following the departure of either the Registered Manager and/or Nominated Individual. The report must set out action taken (or to be taken) to appoint their replacement and must be submitted no later than the last calendar day of the month following the departure.
