Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The registered provider must within 28 days establish and implement an effective system to ensure regular staff appraisals and competencies checks take place at Unit C1-C2, Arena Business Centre, 9 Nimrod Way, East Dorset Trade Park, Wimborne, BH21 7UH. This system should ensure staff are able to raise any concerns and receive feedback regarding their work performance. The system in place must ensure you are assured that staff are competent to carry out their job roles and identify any training needs.
The registered provider must submit a report to the Care Quality Commission within 28 days of these conditions taking effect. This report must set out any actions taken or to be taken at Unit C1-C2, Arena Business Centre, 9 Nimrod Way, East Dorset Trade Park, Wimborne, BH21 7UH to ensure safe care and treatment is delivered and any actions as a result of the systems and processes established and implemented to provide good governance of the service. Thereafter the registered provider must send these reports to the Care Quality Commission on the first day of each month. This report must specify timescales for action to be taken and highlight who is responsible to ensure that the required improvements are made.
The registered provider must within 28 days devise and implement an effective system to ensure that all records detailed below at Unit C1-C2, Arena Business Centre, 9 Nimrod Way, East Dorset Trade Park, Wimborne, BH21 7UH are reviewed and analysed within a reasonable period. The process must ensure that any risks identified, have been assessed and mitigated properly. The system should show any learning from incidents when things go wrong and what has been put in place to mitigate the risk to ensure good outcomes for people.

The registered provider must within 28 days devise and implement an effective system to ensure that all Service Users at Unit C1-C2, Arena Business Centre, 9 Nimrod Way, East Dorset Trade Park, Wimborne, BH21 7UH have up to date care plans and risk assessments in place. The system must ensure these records are reviewed and updated when Service User needs change or within a reasonable time period.
The registered provider must within 28 days devise and implement an effective system to ensure staff have been recruited safely into the service, with an induction and training to meet the needs of Service Users at Unit C1-C2, Arena Business Centre, 9 Nimrod Way, East Dorset Trade Park, Wimborne, BH21 7UH. The system in place must ensure adequate staff to meet the needs of Service Users and a structure to ensure the registered manager has oversight of the service to provide good governance.
