Following concerns found in relation to the providers failure to assess and mitigate risk, failure to ensure a robust system to safeguard people, failure to ensure that staff were appropriately skilled and trained, failure to provide adequate person-centred care and failure to ensure good governance of the service, we took action and have cancelled the providers registration.
