Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
a. The registered provider, within 14 days of this condition taking effect, must provide a report of actions taken to review and update the care plans and risk assessments of all current service users, to ensure records are accurate, relevant, dignified, and that respectful language is used.
b. The registered provider, within 14 days of this condition taking effect, must provide a report of actions taken to review and improve the oversight of safeguarding, accidents and incidents.
c. The registered provider, within 14 days of this condition taking effect, must provide a report of actions taken to review and improve the medicine management for all service users.
d. The registered provider, within 14 days of this condition taking effect, must provide a report of actions taken to review and improve the practice and recording of consent, and where relevant the mental capacity and best interest decisions and processes, in line with Mental Capacity Act.
e. The registered provider, within 14 days of this condition taking effect, must provide a report of actions taken to review and improve the knowledge and skills of staff, particularly in relation to people with a learning disability and autistic people, and specialist tasks such as PEG support, blood glucose, choking, support about people eating and drinking.
f. On the last Friday of every month, commencing the month after this condition takes effect, the registered provider must send to the Care Quality Commission an audit report in respect of review of the above mentioned report of actions. This report should include analysis of the impact of any previous actions taken.
Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must ensure that the regulated activity Personal care is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of that activity at or from all locations.
