Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The provider must:
a) Complete by 15 February 2021 a review of systems for determining staffing levels at Stonesby House Ltd to ensure there are enough staff available to meet service users’ individual needs.
b) Undertake a review by 08 February 2021 of service user’s behaviour support plans to ensure there is guidance contained in them so staff can support people to manage their behaviours safely.
c) Complete an infection prevention and control action plan for Stonesby House Ltd by 08 February 2021 including dates for completion of each action.
d) Undertake a review by 08 February 2021 of environmental safety and Legionella risk management at Stonesby House Ltd including dates for completion of each action.
e) Arrange for accredited Positive Behaviour Support training for all care staff to be completed by 26 February 2021.
f) Ensure that by 08 February 2021 effective quality assurance systems have been put in place which detail the frequency of all quality checks, who has completed them and any actions you have made to address areas that require improvements.
2) Thereafter you must update CQC on the improvements made in these areas by 13:00 on the first Monday of every month thereafter.
Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must ensure that the regulated activity accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of the activity, as carried on at orfrom all
locations.
