Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
On the last Monday of each calendar month, the provider must send a report to the
Care Quality Commission which evidences the effectiveness and impact of the
actions identified in the action plan the provider submitted ensuring:
1. Care plans and risk assessments for all service users have been reviewed and updated, contain sufficient detail, are person centred and provide clear guidance to staff on action required to safely manage any identified risks.
2. Service user care records, health and safety processes and medicines management systems have been audited, results analysed, and action taken to address any identified development needs.
3. All accidents and incidents have been audited, results analysed, any required learning and/or trends identified and action taken to minimise the risk of incidents or accidents reoccurring.
Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must ensure that the regulated activity accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of the activity, as carried on at or from the location Marlyn House.
