These are the registration details of the provider Norfolk Care Limited. They set out what services Norfolk Care Limited can legally provide, where they can provide them and who is responsible for them.

Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
1. The Registered Provider must inform the Care Quality Commission in writing within 14 days of these conditions conditions coming into effect, that they have:
a. Assessed and reviewed every service user living in the service, including those receiving respite care, in relation to their risk of pressure ulcers, malnutrition, choking, falls and where applicable, using bedrails.
b. Reviewed all incidents and accidents that service users living in the home have experienced since January 2017, to ensure that appropriate action has been taken to mitigate risks to their safety.
c. Assessed and reviewed risks associated with the premises that may pose a risk to service user�s safety.
d. Reviewed their current staffing levels to ensure they are sufficient to keep service users safe and to meet their needs and well-being.
2. The Registered Provider must inform the Care Quality Commission in writing within 14 days of these conditions coming into effect, that they have reviewed their quality assurance systems to ensure they are robust to monitor, identify and manage risks associated with the areas depicted in condition 1 above.
3. Following the completion of conditions 1 and 2 above, the Registered Provider must send the Care Quality Commission a report summarizing what risks have been identified in relation to condition 1 and the subsequent actions taken to mitigate each risk as much as is practicable. A subsequent report covering the same areas must then be sent to the Commission on the first Monday of each month.
Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must ensure that the regulated activity is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of that activity at or from all locations.
