Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must ensure that the regulated activity Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care is managed by an individual who is registered as manager in respect of the activity, as carried on, at or from the locations Shire Oak House, Leighswood, Oaks Court House and Bethrey House.
1.The registered provider must send to the Commission within seven days from the
date at which this condition comes into effect and then every first Friday of every month thereafter, a report which interprets data from their quality systems.
This report must:
(a) Inform the Commission of the activity the registered persons have taken to assess and mitigate risks regarding the physical environment. This should include an action plan with planned dates for completion of all identified risks within this notice.
(b) Inform the Commission of the activity the registered persons have taken to prevent and control the spread of infection. This should include information on when a legionella check has taken place and a plan to deep clean areas of the service, remove furniture and fittings which compromise infection control. This plan should state planned dates for completion.
2.The registered provider must send the commission a written report, within seven days from the date at which this condition comes into effect, setting out how they plan to assess, monitor and mitigate the risks relating to the health, safety and welfare of service users and others who may be at risk which arise from the carrying on of the regulated activity. Including, any plans that the registered provider has for improving the standard of the services provided to service users with a view to ensuring their health and welfare.
