CQC register St Mungo Community Housing Association to carry out the following legally regulated activities.

Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care

  • Mr David Fisher is responsible for these services.
Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must (a) undertake audits at Mungo’s Broadway – 2 Hilldrop Road of the following:

1. Cleaning and maintenance of bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen and communal areas

2. Infection prevention and control

3. Health and Safety checks of the premises

4. Care plans and risk assessments

5. Analysis of dependency tool to inform staffing levels

6. Deployment of care staff

7. Staff training, supervision and annual appraisals

8. Incident reporting

9. Staff recruitment records

and (b) send to the Care Quality Commission a written report on the 28th day of each month detailing results of audits undertaken that month and action taken or planned to be taken as a result of the audits.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must ensure that the regulated activity Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of the activity, as carried at or from all locations.
