During a routine inspection
We asked callers if they felt that the staff who they had spoken with at NHS Direct seemed to know what they were doing and what advice to give. Each person said that they thought that staff seemed to be knowledgeable about what they were doing. We were also told that they felt the advice they had received, either in one call, or after a Nurse had telephoned them back had answered the questions that they had when the had called.
