During a routine inspection
People received personalised support and were assisted through individual care planning to maintain or develop their life skills.
Staff were trained in protecting vulnerable people and had a good knowledge and understanding of how to keep people safe from harm.
Staff were supported by the provider and given opportunities to develop their skills. They had undertaken additional specialist training, specific to people's needs, and were able to work towards further care qualifications.
The provider undertook a range of audits to check standards at the home and improve the quality of the service provided.
