During an inspection looking at part of the service

We have followed up to make sure that the necessary changes have been made and found the provider was now meeting the standards included within this report.

We found that patient's views and experiences were taken into account in the way the service was provided and delivered in relation to their care. One patient told us, "I feel involved and have my say."

Patients told us and we saw that patient's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. One patient told us,"I meet regularly with staff and doctors to discuss my treatment."

Patients were protected against the risks associated with medicines. The provider had appropriate arrangements in place to manage medicines.

We found that patients who used the service were protected against the risks of unsafe or unsuitable premises.

We found and patients and staff told us that there were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet patient's needs. Patients told us, "There are more staff around when you need to talk" and "I can go out with staff, this is rarely cancelled now."

We found that patients were protected from the risks of unsafe or inappropriate care and treatment because accurate and appropriate records were maintained.
