During a routine inspection

We spoke with the three people using this service at the time of our inspection. It was difficult to obtain their views but we observed they were relaxed and comfortable and had good relationships with the staff team. We found people were treated with respect and were involved in making choices about their care and treatment. They were supported to maintain their independence.

We observed people were comfortable expressing their views to the staff team. Staff showed clear understanding of good care practice and how to keep people safe. We saw people were provided with appropriate care and support to suit their needs. We saw evidence that care and support was planned and delivered in line with people's individual care plans, which were detailed and up to date.

Staff were well supported by the provider and had appropriate opportunities to access training which was relevant to their roles.

We found the provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service people received, which meant the service evolved and improved.
