During an inspection in response to concerns

During a visit to Harperbury on 16 June 2011, we spoke with the parents of a person using the service. They said that the care provided for their relative was 'absolutely brilliant' and they were kept informed of all that happens in the unit. They also said they were involved in drawing up their relative's care plan and said they had no worries about their relative and 'never saw anything that concerned them' in the way peole were cared for.
