During a routine inspection

The people who we spoke with when we visited the service on 17 August 2011 told us that they were involved in planning and reviewing the plans for their treatment and rehabilitation. They said that the staff supported them to be as independent as possible, and to achieve their aims for rehabilitation. One person told us that staff listened to his views. He said, 'I found it difficult at first, but they are trying to help me here.'
