During a routine inspection

We found a service that was well designed and was well managed and met people's assessed needs. We observed that people were supported with dignity and shown respect by a staff team that were compassionate. We found that people's care and treatment reflected relevant research and guidance. A relative told us that the service met the needs of their relative.

Staff told us that training and support given to them was good and they enjoyed working at this service. We found enough staff on duty that were appropriately trained to meet people's needs.
