During a routine inspection

We visited seven wards and one community team. Here we were able to talk to the people who were using the services and their carers. We also spent time undertaking a more in depth observational exercise on two of the wards. We also spoke to a range of staff working in the services.

Overall the feedback was that people are provided with a good standard of care, are supported to make choices and are treated at all times with kindness and respect. The staff are very experienced and work hard to support each person to meet their individual needs.
