People using the service told us that they were happy on the unit and were well cared for by staff.

28 April and 28 May 2011

During a routine inspection

It was difficult to ascertain from people using the service exactly what they felt about their care, but the small number who could respond, did so favourably. There was further endorsement from a carer, who was complimentary about the care provided. Some people using the service were aware why they were on the unit, whilst other were not, but this was due to their mental state.
