Other CQC inspections of services

Community & mental health inspection reports for The Gordon Hospital can be found at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.

Inspection carried out on 1, 19 February 2011

During a routine inspection

Most people who use the service told us that they had confidence in their doctors, and felt that treatments were properly explained to them. We were told that the care they received was very good and that staff were very caring. Most people using the service also told us that the wards were very comfortable, quiet and restful. Delayed discharges is an ongoing issue and reported to be a concern to both people using the service and staff.
