During a routine inspection

During our visit to the service 6th July 2011, we spoke with seven people who used the service. People that were spoken with told us that the staff treated them with respect and that their choices were listened to, such as what time they chose to get up in the morning, the clothes that they wore and what they did during each day. People told us that they were aware of advocacy services and were supported to access them when they wanted to.

They told us that they felt that their views were listened to and their concerns were acted upon promptly. They told us that they were aware of the contents of their care plans and that they had been provided with a copy of them.
