Archived: Haydon House

"I've really enjoyed being here, I like the place", "It's not too bad", "It's ok" and "very nice place" were some of the comments people using the service made about Haydon House. Individuals told us they were treated with dignity and respect by care staff with feedback including "the staff are so friendly", "respectful", "not too bad" and "everything's been good".

Records kept by the service showed that the last Community meeting had been held in May 2013 and staff spoken to reported that it had been 'challenging' getting people to attend the community meetings at Haydon House. We noted that the team had recently discussed this issue and plans were in place to hold one community meeting every two weeks.
