Our view of the service

On the 16 and 17 of September 2025 we carried out an inspection of surgical services at Salisbury District Hospital, which we have rated as requires improvement. The reason for the inspection was due to the aged rating of the service.

At this inspection we found breaches of regulation in relation to Safe Care and Treatment and Good Governance.
