During a themed inspection looking at Dignity and Nutrition
One visitor told us that 'some staff are really excellent but some staff are not so good'.
Patients spoken to all said that their privacy and dignity was respected.
Comments regarding the quality of food were varied. They ranged from the food being excellent to the food being cold and unappetising. One patient told us 'there is always a choice of food and you usually get what you ordered'. Some patients and relatives told us they thought there was not enough staff at meal times to help and encourage patients to eat.
